Terms of service
Last updated November 5, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between your business and [Legal business name], which runs SocialLite (sociallite.ai). By signing up or using SocialLite for a business, you agree to them on that business's behalf, and you confirm you are allowed to.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and using SocialLite for a business.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it and under the people you add to your team.
- Owners decide who is on the team and who approves. People who approve from a link act for your business.
Your content
Your posts, photos, videos and settings stay yours. You let us store them, change their size and format, draft with them, and send them to the networks you choose, only to run SocialLite for you. You confirm you have the rights to every photo and video you upload, including permission from people who can be recognized in them.
You approve what goes out
- Nothing is posted until someone at your business approves it. Automatic replies only go out if an owner turns them on.
- AI drafts can be wrong. Read each post and reply before you approve it, and check prices, dates, offers and anything you promise a customer.
- The rule checks (alcohol, healthcare, reviews and the rest) help you catch common problems. They are not legal advice, and they don't cover every rule that applies to your business. You are responsible for what you post.
Connected networks
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Google or another network, its own terms apply to what you post there. Networks change what they allow and sometimes go down; when that stops a post, we tell you what happened and what to do. We can't control the networks and aren't responsible for what they do.
Things you can't use SocialLite for
- Fake reviews, paying or rewarding people for reviews, or asking only happy customers for them.
- Spam, misleading offers, or promotions the law doesn't allow where you are.
- Pretending to be another business or person.
- Posting photos, music or words you don't have the rights to.
- Trying to get into another business's data, or to break or overload the service.
If a business does these things we may pause or close its account. We will tell the owner why.
Price
SocialLite is in testing and nothing is charged. Before we ever charge, we will show the price and ask you to agree to it.
Ending
You can stop at any time. An owner can delete the business's data from Settings, Your data; see Deleting your data. We may end the service for a business that breaks these terms, or stop offering SocialLite; if we stop, we will give owners notice and time to take their content with them.
No guarantees
We work to keep SocialLite running and posts going out on time, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always work or bring a particular result. To the extent the law allows, [Legal business name] is not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to what your business paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top and tell owners in the app before a change that matters takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
