Deleting your data

Last updated November 5, 2026.

There are four ways to have your data deleted from SocialLite. Each one says what goes and what we keep.

1. One network, from Connections

An owner opens Connections, finds the account and presses Disconnect and delete. We remove that account's sign-in, its comments, messages and replies, the past posts we brought in from it, and the numbers we read from it, right away. Posts the business wrote in SocialLite stay, but no longer go to that network.

2. The whole business, from Settings

An owner opens Settings, Your data, types the business name and presses Delete my business's data. Every location, connected account and sign-in, post, photo and video, comment, message, reply, link, offer and setting is deleted right away. People who were only on that business's team keep no name or phone number with us. The owner's own sign-in stays, so they can start again.

3. From Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites). Find SocialLite and remove it. Facebook tells us, and we delete the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connected, with their sign-ins, comments, messages, replies, imported past posts and numbers. Their sign-ins stop working at once; the rest is deleted within a few minutes. Facebook gives you a confirmation code and a link to a page here that shows what was deleted and when.

4. By email

Write to [privacy contact email] from the address you sign in with, and say what you want deleted. If you aren't a SocialLite user but your comment, message or review reached a business through us, tell us the business and the network, and we will delete it from our copy. The original stays on the network; delete it there too.

What we keep
